I've just died and gone to 80s game heaven
It seems Daft Punk continue to inspire frightening levels of web-geekery in their fans, resulting in this, the game I've just spent the past half an hour fighting with.
The story? Justice have stolen Daft Punk's samples and the robots are on a mission to get them back. Literally hilarious.
Click any of the game grabs above to play, hope you do better then I did (which isn't that hard)

Lost In Paris invite YOU to be the DJ
This Sunday at the Electricity Showrooms in London we're throwing the decks open to our friends, lovers the general public. All we ask is that you choose your favourite 3 songs and them play them out. On a light-up disco dance floor. LOUD.
As the people you've said yes (check out that list of names on the flyer) have been thinking hard about which songs they'll play - as have I. Reckon I'm going to for for the combination of :
* Nuyorican Soul - Runaway
* Undertones - True Confessions
* Phoenix - If I Ever Feel Better
or
* The Rapture - House Of Jealous Lovers
* Dire Straights - Sultans of Swing
* Scott Walker - Jackie
or
* Roxy Music - Love Is The Drug
* Anita Ward - Ring My Bell
* Take That - Give Good Feeling To Me
In reality it'll depend on how drunk I am by the time I get near the decks.
The real question is; what will YOU play?

JESUS CHRIST
Wooohooo, look at the lineup here. It's an Easter shindig loud enough to raise Jesus from his cave.
Go go Team Bones

Wake Up, Comb Down, Retreat To Sleep...
As a regular reader of the Lost In Paris blog (aren't you all) will know by now, I am a big big fan of The Rakes.
So when the new-look Kruger needed someone to have a chat with them about their new album, Klang, there was only one person for the job.
So here it is. But what I didn't put in there is a couple of points about our interview which I found interesting, I'll add them as footnotes bellow (click pictures for a bigger view)
1) Alan Rake now has a big silver streak at the front of his hair. It's not natural grey, it's Emo.
2) At various points in the interview Alan would take out a little comb from his top pocket (hence Kat's killer pun-title) and brush this little streak. Was he being a bit eccentric?
3) They seemed on the defensive which I found disappointing as I've met them on and off over 5 years and have been nothing but wildly supportive. Maybe the reviews from other areas of the media haven't been quite so positive.
4) I left the interview saying "cheer up lads, the album's the best to date. Even with the comb trick" Which I sincerelymeant.
I don't dream of poetry outside the Seine anymore.
Now, where's Robert Pattison gone...
