There are not many things in this world that could get us to Brixton on a cold Monday evening, but last night saw Metronomy and Justice on the same bill. December dreams.
I don't like to repeat myself too often, but Metronomy are simply amazing. No, seriously AMAZING. A.M...A.Z...(you get the idea.)
Playing a good mix of classic and spanking new songs, they've even gone and employed real life dancing girls for You Could Have Easily Had Me and Radio Ladio.
In all the excitement (wink wink, Kat) I forgot to take a picture, so have this one I took at the Pure Groove instore last month
They were followed by Justice and here's a Christmassy picture of Gaspard and Xavier to ease us in the festive season
We've been all about Justice this year and just when we thought the night couldn’t get any better, we were given free flashing crucifixes – what a concept, what a band.
ps, check out my article/interview with Justice in the new issue of Kruger, out today!
